Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.

3. Eligibility for Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Issues

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
